I am trying to get a periodic reset of an unattended machine by scheduling a shutdown in task scheduler. I will start it back up with a timer in BIOS. When I try to set the scheduled shutdown task, it asks for a user account id and password. I have the machine open with no logons required because I want it to start up fully operational from power up. How can I configure this to work without setting up user accounts? If I have to set up user accounts, how can I get the machine to start up and run programs unattended? Thanks, Al 1 person needs an answerI do too
